You wouldn’t trust a dentist with wonky teeth

((Probably). 

So why would you trust a coach who hasn’t done the self-growth work required, before they coach others? 

Since my late 20’s I have had therapy, psychotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy and somatic coaching. This last type of coaching is ongoing as a way of expanding my range of being. 

I used to think that I needed so much work done and it was a “bad” thing. 

Now I meet myself where I am with self- compassion. And I recognize when clients are failing to see that need in themselves.

It flows into my coaching and I love that.
