Tristan Hardman-Dodd
Leadership Communication Specialist
Tristan combines professional communication experience with substantial live-performance experience.
Before moving into communication training, he spent a decade working in UK public-sector strategy, policy and stakeholder engagement, advising senior leaders and helping translate complex issues into clear messages.
He is Swiss National Toastmasters Champion in impromptu speaking for 2024 and 2025, has placed third at Toastmasters District 109 level, and regularly performs improvisation and theatre.
That gives him an unusual combination of structured thinking and comfort with the unscripted.
